Hello! I’m Ben, and I can’t wait to join you on your musical journey! I have been teaching my private studio for nearly a decade. Singing and making music with others has always been important to me, and I believe that everyone can learn to sing and make music. My teaching approach is rooted in technical competence with the voice as an instrument. It’s not about technique v. expression: it’s about not letting a lack of technique get in the way of what you want to express. I believe that music, and the voice in particular, is a powerful tool for expressing ourselves and connecting to others.

In what little downtime I have, I love watching soccer, baking bread, and spending time with family (including all 3 cats)!
