A typical day at Camp Musicfully:
Final Performance
Our final performance on the last day of camp at 3pm will be a complete production by our campers. They will apply the skills they have learned throughout the week in solo and group performances in our musical complete with their own props, costumes, and stage elements. For anyone who can’t make it, we will be making a live cast recording of the performance to be made available to every family.
What We’ll Be Learning
Throughout the day, students will rehearse and be coached through all the elements of the show. Beyond rehearsal, students will be coached through different elements of performance in our daily performance skills program. Concepts include safety on stage, stage direction, singing, movement, and character development.
Role Placement
Our show has many different roles available from roles for new beginners to roles that will push more seasoned performers. We want to make sure we find the best fit for each performer and assign roles that give each camper a chance to shine. After registration, we’re asking our campers to submit two short videos. More information as well as a form to submit your videos can be found here.
